Nolan Weltchek

Mr. Weltchek earned his Bachelors of Arts Degree magna cum laude from Middlebury College and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Maryland, where he was awarded the Order of Barrister for excellence in trial advocacy. While in law school he was also a member of the national champion Trial Team.

Mr. Weltchek is admitted to the bar in Maryland and is a member of the American Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, Baltimore City Bar Association, and Baltimore County Bar Association. Mr. Weltchek’s practice will focus on complex litigation matters including medical negligence, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, products liability, complex business torts, and environmental toxic torts. He participated in the groundbreaking litigation against ExxonMobil which resulted in a historic $150 million verdict for a group of families in Jacksonville, MD.
